Tools You'll Need

I highly recommend Nova and Instantly. The combination of these tools will maximize the chances of booking a meeting.

Nova

Nova (opens in a new tab) helps us organize leads into highly targeted lists in seconds.

If we were to do this work manually, we would need to manually filter, organize, research and then move leads to lists we create.

Automate Lead Segmentation

Lead segmentation is the process of taking people we want to contact, and organizing them into different lists based on similar characteristics.

This let's us send relevant emails at scale.

Doing this manually takes hours and a lot of effort. Enterprises have dedicated employees for this.

Nova Search

Personalizing emails at scale requires manual research.

Realistically, it'll take 5 minutes of research per lead. If we want to email 100 leads a day (a low amount), that's over 8 hours of work.

Nova Search does hundreds of leads in seconds. Ask a yes/no question about the company and Nova Search will search the company website for the answer.

Data Clean Up

Nova will automatically verify email addresses, and clean company names.

When emailing at scale, we need to make sure the emails are valid to avoid bounces.

Company names such as "Acme Inc. (We're Hiring)" will be cleaned to "Acme".

Instantly

Instantly (opens in a new tab) is an email automation platform. I have been using Instantly for years and can vouch for it.

Sending emails one by one will not work.

We'll warm up our secondary inboxes
Create campaigns based on the lists we make in Nova
Automatically send relevant emails in bulk

Inbox Warm Up

Due to spammers abusing emails in the past, email providers have created spam filters to protect their users. If your inbox is new, there is a limit on the number of emails you can send per day before it gets marked as spam.

Warming up our inboxes increases the number of emails we can safely send per day.

We need to warm up our inboxes for atleast 14 days before we start sending emails. After this period, we can safely send 30 emails per inbox, per day.

Do not turn off warm up - ever.

Alternatives

There are similar alternatives to Instantly available, but I have not personally used them. They offer a similar product and which one you choose is more a matter of preference.
