Campaign Blueprint
So far we've setup:
- ✉️ Email inboxes
- 🔥 Email warm up
- 🎉 Lead lists
Now let's setup our campaigns.
Naming our Campaigns
Create a campaign for every automation you created in Nova.
The name of the campaign should be the same name as it's corresponding list in Nova.
If your automations in Nova look like the following
Your campaigns in Instantly should look like this
Make sure to give your lists a specific name. In the example above, I've added specific details like employee count, title, and location to make it easy to understand what each list will contain at a glance.
Import Leads
Download your built lists from Nova and import them into it's respective campaign.
You can find your lists in the "Lists" tab in Nova.
In Instantly, or your email automation platform of choice:
- Click into a campaign
- Navigate to the "Leads" tab
- Click "Add Leads" and follow the instructions
Options
Go to the "Options" tab and add all your inboxes under "Accounts to use", and make sure "Open Tracking" is enabled.
Don't forget to press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
