It's extremely exciting, I know, but we need to maximize our chances at closing this deal.
Here's a checklist of things to remember for our meeting.
Before the meeting
- Research our lead and their role
- Understand what the company does
- Get sales deck ready
- Make sure our meeting tool is working
During the meeting
- Introduce yourself
- Learn about the lead and what problems they currently face
- Talk about how you can solve the problem
After the meeting
- Email lead the sales deck and ask for when you can expect a decision
- Follow up with decision making at the company
