I'm going to show you how we were filling our calendars with meetings and closing multiple deals a week through cold email alone.
Our first customer, for our SaaS product, came from cold email.

Background
I personally come from an engineering background, working at companies like Shopify. Engineering always had predictable results. I knew if I did "X", it would result in "Y".
When I first started selling I thought it would be as simple as building something and customers would be throwing money at me. I was so wrong.
It took me years and over 100k+ cold emails to figure out what works.

Sales Mindset
My goal is to get you ready to sell within days not years. This is going to require us to think about the world around us differently.
Look at an advertisement and think about how they talk about the product. You probably noticed that they talk about what the product does for their user.
More specifically, they talk about the solution, not the features.
Your product is a solution to a problem.
Action: Come up with a 30 second pitch of what problem your product solves. Start it off with "You know how [PROBLEM]? My product does [HOW IT SOLVES THE PROBLEM]."
Ex. You know how it takes hours to filter, research, and organize leads into targeted lead lists? Nova does it in seconds and verifies emails.
Notice in the pitch example above we talked about the problem Nova solves rather than the features. People care about solving their problems.
Everywhere you look, you'll see this come up.
Just look at how Apple talks about the iPhone camera. There's nothing about megapixels, or tech specs. They talk about what you can do with the camera.
Once you learn this skill, the world will look very different to you. You'll be able to apply it to your own product.
